Partnering with Clients to Share Insights at AZA Annual Conference

In partnership with the Toronto Zoo, Albuquerque BioPark, Fresno Chaffee Zoo, and Zoo Advisors, EPI’s Jamie Cornell and Deanell Sandoval will be presenting at the Association of Zoos and Aquariums annual conference in Baltimore, MD, August 27 – September 1, 2022.

We are excited to be working with these partners/clients to share key learnings from our work together impacting organizational leadership and culture.

Welcome Robbi McGuire, Learning Solutions Architect

We have expanded our team again! Robbi has worked in a variety of industries, including higher education, zoo, fitness, food and beverage, oil and gas, and construction.

“I’m really excited about diving into resources and content to research and brainstorm how to structure and fill a course, and then starting to design and build things out for the best learner experience,” says Robbi. “I feel like my brain lights up in all the best ways when I’m working with the team to create impactful content for our clients.”

Robbi lives in Lakewood, CO, with her husband and 17-month-old daughter. Together they own Dead Drift Tattoo and enjoy hiking, camping, fly-fishing, cooking, baking, and a good ol’ kitchen karaoke session.

Marie Kondo, the tidying wizard, would say you find joy in tidy spaces, such as a clean desk, organized files, and even relevant and well-run meetings. While tidying itself may not bring you joy, creating an environment where you can thrive and do your best work can bring you joy.

These may seem like little things, but those little joyful things add up to more joy overall.
