The resulting view through a new lens allows us to focus on new approaches to work, become more efficient, and think about things just a little differently. These books have provided some great inspiration for memorable moments, deep work, telling our story, and serious fun...
Moments can be fleeting, but they can have tremendous impact. We like finding opportunities to make that impact in even the smallest spaces. This book provided lots of inspiration as we looked at onboarding and customer relationships. Taking the time to be thoughtful and bring a level of authenticity to the slightest interaction can set the tone for your business and your leadership. We call these peak moments.

As humans, we're prone to common feelings – sadness, fear, self-doubt, shame, anger – that can steer us in the wrong direction.
