Simply Thankful

The heart of a message often gets obscured.

We in the L&D world try to cram a lot of informationinto our communication, our courses, and our learners’ heads. We spend our daysmaking things visually appealing, while wordsmithing the tiniest phrases to expressourselves as articulately as possible.

(In fact, I’m doing it now.)

Hardly surprising because that’s our business. We parse every word and agonize over every image to make sure we’re presenting something meaningful.

But sometimes the simplest and most impactful messages get lost.

So, as we approach Thanksgiving, I want to say something very short and sweet. And crucial.

Thank you.

Thank you for reading this newsletter.

Thanks to all our past, current, and future client partners. We wouldn’t be here without you.

And thank you to the EPI team. Individually and together, you are the core of EPI and what we do.

But most of all, a simple but heartfelt thanks to my family. You make it all worthwhile.
